Multiple Line Tools

Made with high carbon tool steel, these custom tools allow user to make multiple parallel lines with a single stroke. These tools are great for softening edges, shading, and background, achieving a Florentine look, and applying multiple lines with absolute consistency.

Tools can be used on wood, metal, copper, zinc, Plexiglas etc.

All Multiple Line Tool are defined by their gauge size measured in LPI (Lines Per Inch). They are available in gauge sizes 25, 35, 45, 65, 85, 100, 120 LPI. The coarsest gauge is 25 and the finest gauge is 100.

Liners come in two widths 1/8" & 3/16" They are designed like the graver and pushed over the working surface.

Halftone Rakes are 1/4" wide & have two gauge sizes on each tool. Available in sizes 25/45, 45/65, 65/85, 85/100 LPI. They are pulled or raked over the working surface.

Scratch Board Tools are 1/4" wide & come in three sizes; 25, 45 & 65 LPI. They are held like a pencil and pulled over the working surface.
