Shipping Information:

We at the E C Lyons Company appreciate your business. Due to the fact that we are a manufacturer and our packaging, shipping, costs have recently increased, all on line orders require a minimum purchase of $25.00.

Edward C. Lyons Co. will process orders for in-stock items within 3-5 business days. Orders not in stock will be processed as soon as possible with an email notification to the customer of an expected ship date. All orders are shipped as per your selection of a shipping method; UPS Ground (least expensive), 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air. UPS is our primary shipping vendor. Orders outside the USA will be quoted by email. UPS cannot deliver to PO Box, or APO or FPO.

Returns.

Items can be returned if found defective due to manufacturing defects. A Credit or Refund will be issued. A RMA# (Return Material Authorization) number is required for any returns, which can be obtained from our customer service.
